
Justin Oliver is the head coach for an 18u Breakers team, bringing over 18 years of varsity coaching experience to the role. As a former MLB scout and recruiting lead at CEFS, he has a wealth of knowledge in youth sports coaching. Additionally, Justin is the head coach of the Leigh High School varsity softball team, where he led the Leigh Longhorns to a CCS regional semifinals appearance in 2024. His expertise extends into college recruiting and the MLB as an associate scout, making him one of the standout softball coaches and recruiting professionals in the region.
Justin has helped numerous student-athletes achieve their goal of playing at the collegiate level. Players he has worked with have gone on to programs including Stanford University, the University of Hawai‘i, Cal State Fullerton, Gonzaga University, Washington State University, the University of New Orleans, Chapman University, and many others.

Steve Handel is the head coach for a 16u Breakers team, bringing over 20 years of experience in fastpitch softball coaching. As a former umpire in chief and league travel director, Steve has a wealth of knowledge in youth sports coaching. He previously coached the Leigh High Softball Longhorns for 8 years. Under his guidance, his Breakers teams have competed in over 25 championships.

Travis Hider is the head coach for an 18u Breakers team. With over 10 years of experience in youth sports coaching, he also serves as an assistant coach for the Leigh High School varsity softball team. Travis has dedicated years to developing talent and preparing athletes for the next level, making him one of the respected softball coaches in the community.

AJ Santana is a coach for a 16u Breakers team, bringing with him 20 years of coaching experience in youth sports coaching. As a former college baseball athlete, AJ has dedicated over 12 years to coaching travel softball teams, and his extensive background includes a long tenure as a coach for the Overfelt High School varsity team, a role he has held for the past 8 years. Additionally, his experience playing at the collegiate level provides him with valuable insights into high-level competition and player development in fastpitch softball.

Lloyd Molina is a position coach for the Breakers staff, specializing in fastpitch softball. He has an extensive background in the local area, having previously coached at Overfelt High School. With over 20 years of experience in youth sports coaching at the high school level and more than 15 years coaching travel ball, Lloyd is well-respected among softball coaches in the community.

Ray Casorla is a dedicated coach for the 14u, 16u and 18u Breakers teams. With over 10 years of experience in youth sports coaching, he has honed his skills in travel ball. Ray's extensive background includes coaching at the high school level for Overfelt High School, and he brings valuable insight from his time as a collegiate player, making him one of the standout softball coaches in the area.

Ryan Farsai is the front office GM and has over 10 years of experience in youth sports coaching, particularly in fastpitch softball. His diverse background includes roles as a former league president, head coach, and recruitment director. Under Ryan’s leadership, his travel teams have successfully competed in over 25 championships, showcasing the effectiveness of his approach to developing young athletes in the sport.
Dave Miller brings over a decade of coaching experience to the Breakers organization, and is the coach of the 14u team as well as assistant on one of the 16/18u teams. He is currently serving as the Head Coach for the Leigh High School JV softball team as well. His connection to the Breakers runs deep—his youngest daughter is a Breakers alumna who graduated in 2025. With a focus on strong fundamentals, athletic growth, and team culture, Dave is passionate about helping players develop both on and off the field to reach their full potential.
Kai Hori is a recruiter for Breakers and Cutting Edge Baseball. Kai earned the opportunity to play Division I baseball at LSU New Orleans. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science, Kai continues to be involved in player development as the Head Coach of JV Baseball at Leigh High School and a coach with Cutting Edge Baseball. Working with athletes at different stages of their development has given him an even greater understanding of what separates players—not only physically, but through their preparation, mindset, coachability, and character. Kai values athletes who are level-headed, driven, coachable, and good people. He co-founded KJ Athlete Advancement to advocate for those athletes, help them navigate the recruiting process, and create opportunities for them to continue playing the game they love at the next level.
